The 1961–62 Santosh Trophy was the eighteenth edition of the Santosh Trophy, the main territorial competition in India. It was held in Bombay.
Railways defeated Bombay 3–0 in the final to with their title.

Railways led 1-0 at half-time. Defense minister V. K. Krishna Menon presented the trophy.
